Dr. MaryAnne Rizk is leading the transformation charge in expanding global partner and innovation ecosystems for the modernization of digital trials at Medable, the leader in Decentralized Trials. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Rizk has been managing partnerships to accelerate clinical development across her career in technology (Oracle, Medidata), pharmaceutical (Merck), and clinical research organizations (IQVIA) and retail pharmacy (CVS).
Her expertise includes providing biopharma executives access to leading innovations that provide scientific insights, intelligence and convenience for patients. Results include acceleration and automation of drug development powered by cloud SaaS platforms, AIML, advanced analytics, connected devices through a leading ecosystem of collaborations and partnerships.
Before assuming her current role at Medable, Dr. Rizk was awarded with the PharmaVOICE 100 most inspiring leaders in August 2021 as a leading change agent. She earned her PhD, Masters and Bachelor of Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology where she also is an adjunct professor. Dr. Rizk also serves on a number of advisory boards including the Galien Foundation Digital Advisor, HBA and SCRS. She is based in NJ where she enjoys cycling and boating with her kids.

Wilson To is a strategy and business executive for Royal Philips, a leading global healthcare technology company. He oversees key modernization and transformation efforts across the Philips HealthSuite Platform to enable the informatics needed to support clinicians in making the precision diagnoses to deliver personalized therapies, to aid the patient's recovery from the hospital to the home, and to support people to live healthier lifestyles and prevent disease – all with the goal to improve the lives of 2.5 billion people a year by 2025 through meaningful innovation.
Prior to joining Philips, Wilson was the head of healthcare at Amazon Web Services, the cloud computing division of Amazon, where he built out industry-specific cloud technologies and go-to-market initiatives that enabled thousands of HCLS organizations to address the global pandemic, health equity crisis, and power the personalization of medicine. Within Amazon, he also led research and product development efforts with its Grand Challenges organization. He also spent the earlier parts of his career leading product management at other technology organizations, both at Caradigm (Microsoft-GE Healthcare JV) and IQVIA (Quintiles-IMS Health).
Wilson obtained his PhD in Integrative Pathobiology from the University of California- Davis, where he led several scientific investigations and published discoveries in microcirculatory systems related to vascular diseases using computer-assisted intravital microscopy. He continues to remain actively involved in academic community, both as part of the National Advisory Board for UC Davis Health and as a Graduate Faculty Scholar for University of Central Florida. His work in global health driving AI-enabled point-of-care technologies to support early screening of diseases have been recognized by international leaders, including President Obama at the White House Science Forum.

Bryan Hill is Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Digital Health & Innovation within Cognizant's Life Sciences Practice. He is responsible for shaping Cognizant’s full suite of digital capabilities and technology innovation into offerings that enable client organizations to better connect humans to their health and deliver business value. His team collaborates closely with clients and industry partners to enable transformation across the value chain in areas such as clinical development, patient engagement strategies, and digital therapeutics.
A recognized thought leader on topics such as digital trends, emerging technologies and product design, Bryan has more than 25 years of experience in software development, digital communications, marketing, user experience and management consulting. He is a founding member of Cadient, Cognizant’s digital agency focused on life sciences. Bryan recently served as an advisor to Brown University’s Executive Master in Science and Technology Leadership program.
Prior to Cadient and Cognizant, Bryan was a product development leader for cloud-based enterprise strategy management startup ActiveStrategy. His background also includes time as a digital practice leader with IQGroup, a management and IT consulting firm.
