CPhI to Host First India Pharma Week

CPhI India celebrates its 10th anniversary this year with its first ever CPhI India Pharma Week (November 17-23, 2016), which brings ten events in one week to Mumbai and is set to welcome more than 40,000 attendees.   CPhI India Pharma Week will bring together "the best that the Indian pharma industry has to offer, with an agenda that encompasses the themes of business, knowledge, leadership, innovation, recognition and networking." It features a Pre-Connect Congress, providing a knowledge-sharing platform featuring in-depth discussions, industry analysis and interactive thought-leading sessions, and will host the CPhI Women in Pharma Power Breakfast, which gathers female pharma executives from different parts of the world to share their expertise and commend the contribution of women within the Indian industry.   The UBM India Pharma Awards will return once again to recognize the excellence and innovations emerging from the pharma industry.   Additional features in 2016 include:

• The CPhI Exhibitor Showcase, which allows exhibiting companies to present their products, services and new launches in 45-minute slots

• The CPhI Innovation Gallery provides the opportunity for companies to showcase their innovations on an international platform in the Pharma Forum

• The Mobile App is available for all mobile devices and helps users access the complete exhibitor list, navigate floor plans, and connect with social media updates

• CPhI TV will bring live interviews from the top companies on the show floor, broadcasting on screens during the event and online on the website.
