IQVIA introduced its new Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) solution to the European market, supporting organizations across EMEA.
The solution tracks multiple interactions and markets to ensure value. It provides native integration across a “platform of platforms” to connect those in operations, IT, sales, marketing, and other functions.
OCE leverages IQVIA’s Ada, Apollo, and Lexi. Life sciences companies are able to implement OCE with IQVIA or other providers certified within the Salesforce.com system.
