Pricing and Market Access Manager - Novartis
The job is initially based in Oxford, UK, but international relocation is anticipated.

This position is with Novartis Vaccines, formed following the recent integration of Chiron Corporation into the Novartis Group of Companies.
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Excellence, you will join a highly authoritative and professional Strategic Global Marketing Team. This group has a wide remit and acts as an international centre of excellence, working with colleagues in Medical, Business Intelligence, Market Research and R & D functions to support and optimise the existing and future Novartis Vaccines portfolio.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
Your pricing and reimbursement experience to date will ideally have been gained in the Vaccines field. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to analyse complex information from multiple sources and your excellent capability with numbers.
Additionally, you will be able to think and act strategically and have the confidence to make recommendations in an environment of uncertainty and ambiguity.
To succeed in this role, you will be self-motivated but also an accomplished team player. As you will be working with colleagues across the globe, this role demands a culturally sensitive individual with excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
