Veeva CRM now works in real-time and combined with the Sunrise user interface allows access across Apple and Windows devices-including phones, tablets, and laptops. Sales reps can use Veeva CRM to view synced information such as activity, customer, and product data.
Additionally, Veeva introduced Veeva Nitro, a commercial data warehouse with a packaged cloud software solution for life sciences that is analytics and artificial intelligence-ready.
