Global logistics provider DHL Supply Chain is today opening a new pharmaceutical grade facility in Ireland. Located at Horizon Logistics Park by Dublin Airport, the site represents an extension of the company’s global pharmaceutical supply chain capability. The new facility will allow pharma companies manufacturing in Ireland access to compliant temperature controlled end-to-end supply chain management, including storage, pick & pack and inventory control. The new logistics centre is expected to create up to 50 jobs over the coming months. The new facility makes Ireland the 43rd country in which DHL has established a Life Sciences Centre of Excellence.
