Indegene and Microsoft have formed an alliance to deliver new commercial cloud applications to life sciences-a combination of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Indegene’s Omnipresence platform to create an updated mobile, multichannel CRM solution for sales and medical representatives to engage with healthcare practitioners.
Some features of the cloud solution include a conversational CRM interface using voice recognition technology and mobile-first CRM function to support reps’ daily activities. Omnipresence will also offer content authoring, approval, and distribution tools designed specifically for life sciences. Finally, analytics, complete with machine learning, will be built into tasks and workflows, creating data-driven recommendations with predictive and prescriptive insights.
