Carelon Health and CarelonRx will offer free medication reviews to members of the public on National Check Your Meds Day – Oct. 21.
From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EDT on Oct. 21, people are encouraged to call the tollfree number 1-833-664-0089 and speak to a Carelon pharmacist who will review a patients’ complete list of medications, including prescription and over-the-counter medications.
During the medication review call, pharmacists will help people identify any potential medication interactions they may not be aware of, offer suggestions for discarding expired medications, and identify barriers to care. They will also answer any questions people may have about their medications.
