POCN, the largest NP and PA network in the U.S., today announces Deb Nevins has joined the organization as Executive Vice President of Customer Strategy. With more than 25 years strategically defining the customer experience and 18 of those years in pharmaceutical marketing, Nevins will be instrumental in shaping POCN’s data offerings and Customer Council, as well as ensuring client satisfaction. Nevins is a U.S. Air Force veteran, with an eye for strategic initiatives, digital innovation, and passion for customer engagement strategies across the product life cycle.
Prior to joining POCN, Nevins spent 10 years with Boehringer Ingelheim helping to lead digital strategy across the organization and driving impactful marketing initiatives across therapeutic areas. Her most recent role was Senior Associate Director of Oncology Marketing. Nevins also led digital and customer engagement strategy while with the Novartis Oncology business unit, several healthcare marketing agencies, and the White House Communications Agency.
