Publicis Health today announced the appointment of Megan Howard as Global Chief Operations Officer, effective immediately.

In this newly created role, Howard is responsible for identifying client needs and opportunities, and effectively and efficiently connecting them with appropriately skilled talent, products and services from the breadth and depth of Publicis Health’s 3,000 strong team and 12 brands from across the world. She also will reinforce Publicis’s ‘Power of One’ model, orchestrating partnerships with Epsilon and Sapient to bring new value and competitive advantage to clients.

A long-standing member of the Publicis Health team, Howard joined Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare Advertising in New York in 2005, as VP, Account Group Director. She then relocated to the UK in 2010 to take up a position of Client Service Director at Publicis LifeBrands Resolute, before being appointed General Manager in 2013. At Publicis LifeBrands Resolute, she successfully led a turnaround of the agency, establishing it as a key asset in the Publicis Health portfolio. In 2015, she moved into a business development role at Publicis Health, with a focus on Europe and APAC. Over the past four years as Director, Business Transformation & Client Partnerships, Howard has been working to transform the way business is conducted in Publicis Health and helping to deliver best-in-class partnerships with clients.
Howard will be based in London and report to Philip Chin, President Europe, and Alexandra von Plato, Chief Executive Officer, Publicis Health.
