Event Overview:
With the democratization of information, and the increasing involvement of patients in their own care, biopharma companies are integrating technology and advanced analytics solutions to move from a one-size-fits-all model of patient support to a tailored patient journey that is specific to the needs, expectations, and barriers of patients. The integration of technology into the patient journey has accelerated this transformation – capabilities such as artificial intelligence, connected wearables, telemedicine, virtual reality, augmented reality, and interoperability across service providers – has enabled brands to move away from the traditional, myopic view of the patient to one that is digitally empowered, smart and informed by continued feedback from the patient.
